Lee does not have a great means to mount the Perfect Powder Measure to either press. It is not advisable to mount to either press for several reasons. You need to use a Universal Charging Die with the Perfect Powder Measure. The distance the powder measure lever needs to travel requires a chain return on the Universal Charging Die that attaches to the press. There is nowhere on either press to attach the return chain. It could be used this way but you would have to return the lever by hand to recharge the measure. If you are loading pistol cartridges, due to the long stroke required to actuate the powder measure, the pistol cases are too short to do the job. Also, the Universal Charging Die does not have the means to flare your case mouth.
