.450 Marlin with 45-70 Govt Dies

.45-70 Government dies cannot be used to load .450 Marlin.  The problem lies in the belt that is in the 450 Marlin. 

We have recently modified the crimp sleeve in the .45-70 Govt factory crimp die, so it can be used to crimp the .450 Marlin.  Older factory crimp dies without the modification cannot be used.
