Rifle Decapping Die Adjustment

Make sure that when the die is reassembled, the decapper rod is flush with the top of the decapper clamp. If the decapper rod protrudes more than 1/4 or so, the expander (part of the decapper) will act like a valve and “shut off” the neck portion of the die. You will be resizing the inside and the outside of the neck at the same time.
