If no powder comes through the measure, there are 2 possible problems.
- You did not open the valve on the hopper to allow powder through.
- You do not have the Adjustable Charge Bar positioned properly over the end of the actuating lever.
With the lever back, due to the spring return, place the Adjustable Charge Bar on top of the protruding lever end so that the opening in the Adjustable Charge Bar is centered between the 2 screw holes for mounting the hopper. The adjusting screw is coming out the back side of the powder measure, opposite the drop tube. The straight edge on the hopper adapter should be above the edge of the drop tube.
